Mark J. Linker Sr.

Mark J. Linker Sr., of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, South Wilkes-Barre. Born October 26, 1966, in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Hank and Linda Sue Linker.

Mark was a 1984 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and was employed in the area construction industry.

He was preceded in death by a son, Hank Linker Jr.

Surviving are his sons, James Schieffer of Philadelphia, Jonathan Wilishefski of Effort, PA, John Linker of Dupont, and Mark Linker Jr. and his wife, Chenel of Wilkes-Barre; daughter, Nicole Linker of Pittston; 17 grandchildren; sister, Denise Perschaw and her husband, Bill of Throop, PA; and his companion, Karen Benjamin of Wilkes-Barre.

Memorial services for Mark will be held at a later date.
