Linda M. Abel

     Linda M. Abel, of Hanover Township, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Allied Services Meade Street Hospice, Wilkes-Barre.

     Born April 23, 1953, in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late William and Jean Gallagher Abel.

     Linda was a 1971 graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School, Wilkes-Barre.

     She was employed for many years at Hazle Beer and Deli, Wilkes-Barre.

     Surviving is her daughter, Rebecca Abel and her companion, Jody Ford, of Wilkes-Barre Township; grandchildren, Katie Ford, Haley Ford, Kelsey Ford, and Paige Ford; great grandchildren, Nicole Longfoot-Ford, Tanner Longfoot, Carter Williams, and August Qualls.

     Private funeral services were held.
