Kay Ann Bridgham, née Cox, a beloved wife, amazing mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2026, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on March 28, 1958, in Butte, Montana.

Kay was known for her kind heart and great sense of humor, qualities that endeared her to all who knew her. She cherished the moments she spent with her granddaughter, finding joy in their time together and in tending her garden, where she found peace and fulfillment nurturing the plants she loved. 

She is survived by her husband, Scott Bridgham; her children, Michael Cox and Krysteen Cox; her granddaughter, Emma Ontko-Cox; and her sister, Lee Sawyer. Each of them was a profound part of her life, sharing in her joys and supporting her through challenges.

Kay's warmth and generosity touched many, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness, humor, perseverance and love remains a guiding light to those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her passing leaves a deep void, yet her spirit and the memories she created continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.
