Kathleen Anne Chapin-Antonitis, 70, of Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday September 26, 2026.

Known to many as Kathy, she was a kindhearted, loving woman who brought laughter and warmth to those around her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always ready with her next joke to make someone smile. Her kindness touched the lives of those who knew her, and she will be forever remembered for the love and joy she shared so freely.

Kathy had a special place in her heart for her dogs, who brought her endless happiness and companionship. Above all, her family was her world, and what kept her going each day. The care she held for them was immeasurable, and that’s how she will be remembered.

Kathy is survived by her beloved husband, Tony; her stepchildren, AJ, Timmy. and Meghan; her grandchildren, Parker and Callum; her siblings, Chipper, Mike, Anne, Chris, and Karen; and her nieces and nephews.

She is now reunited in Heaven with her infant born daughter, Meghann, whom she never stopped talking about and whose memory she carried in her heart every day. She is also reunited to the comfort of her parents arms, Charles and Anne, whom she missed everyday since their passing.

Though there is an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her, Kathy's kindness, laughter, and beautiful spirit will live on in the memories of her family and friends.

The family is holding private memorial to celebrate the life and love of such an amazing wife, mother, sister, and friend.

Rest peacefully, Kathy. You will be loved and missed forever.
