John M. Ruskoski

John M. Ruskoski, 71 of Hanover Township, passed away peacefully on November 1,2026, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, with his loving wife by his side. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.

John dedicated 25 years of service to the Hanover Area School District as a truant officer and spent 15 years as a driver for Martz Trailways before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Victoria Ruskoski, and his brother, Walter (Butch) Ruskoski.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, the former Ann Marie Husty, of Hanover Township: his daughters, Tracy Kondrak of Hanover Township and Kimberly (Kondrak) Scaltz and her husband, Joseph of Wyoming: his sister, Mary Ellen (Ruskoski) Fries and her husband, John, of Shavertown; and his nieces, Julia Fries of Kingston and Monica Fries of Colorado.

In keeping with John’s wishes, no formal services will be held. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
