Frank Paul Sromovski Jr.

Frank P. Sromovski Jr., of Wilkes-Barre Township, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born December 1, 1952, in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Frank and Ethel Gelsleichter Sromovski.

Frank was a 1970 graduate of Wilkes-Barre Township High School.

He was employed for 41 years as a conductor and breakman on the Norfolk/Southern Railroad.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Ann Hynes and brother-in-law, Harry Hynes.

Surviving is his wife, the former Linda Kimsal; brothers, Paul Sromovski and his wife, Sharon of Wilkes-Barre Township, Michael and Joseph Sromovski, both of Wilkes-Barre Township, Donald Sromovski and his wife, Vicki of Bear Creek, PA, and David Sromovski and his wife, Debra of Ponte Vedra, FL; and sisters, Patricia Gurnari and her husband, Anthony of Edwardsville, PA, and Mary Beth Delaney of Wilkes-Barre Township.

Private funeral services and interment in Oaklawn Cemetery, Wilkes-Barre, were held by the Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, Wilkes-Barre.
